Description
Our Dispatchers help keep TLC Rides moving by coordinating transportation schedules, communicating with drivers and healthcare providers, and helping ensure every trip is completed efficiently and on time.
This role is a key part of the day-to-day operation. You’ll help manage changing schedules, communicate important trip information, assist drivers and passengers, and provide dependable administrative support to the TLC Rides team.
Responsibilities
✓ Schedule and assign daily transportation requests
✓ Monitor driver routes and trip progress
✓ Communicate schedule updates and resolve issues
✓ Maintain accurate dispatch records
✓ Provide professional customer support by phone
✓ Communicate with drivers, passengers, families, and healthcare providers
✓ Assist with general office and administrative tasks
✓ Help ensure transportation schedules stay organized and on time

Previous experience
Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, healthcare, customer service, or office administration is helpful, but strong communication and organizational skills are equally important.
