Driver Qualifications:
To provide the highest level of service and safety, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years of age
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Reliable, professional, and dependable
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional extended hours
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must provide a 10-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a DOT drug screening
Defensive Driving Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Hands-on CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
NEMT Driver
Help Patients Get Where They Need to Be
As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver, you'll safely transport passengers to medical appointments while providing compassionate, dependable service. You'll be responsible for creating a comfortable experience from pickup through drop-off while ensuring every passenger arrives safely and on time.
Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle
Perform daily vehicle inspections
Maintain trip logs and required documentation
Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws
Deliver exceptional customer service during every ride
Starting Pay
$15.50/hour (No prior experience)
$17.00/hour (Experienced drivers)
Dispatcher
Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly
Our Dispatchers coordinate transportation schedules, communicate with drivers and healthcare providers, and help ensure every trip is completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
Schedule and assign daily transportation requests
Monitor driver routes and trip progress
Communicate schedule updates and resolve issues
Maintain accurate dispatch records
Provide professional customer support by phone
Marketing & Sales Representative
Build Relationships That Help Our Community
Our Marketing & Sales Representatives help grow TLC Rides by developing relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, case managers, and community organizations that need dependable non-emergency medical transportation.
Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources
Represent TLC Rides at networking and community events
Generate new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
