Description
As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver, you'll safely transport passengers to medical appointments while providing compassionate, dependable service. You'll be responsible for creating a comfortable experience from pickup through drop-off while ensuring every passenger arrives safely and on time.
Responsibilities
✓ Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
✓ Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle
✓ Perform daily vehicle inspections
✓ Maintain trip logs and required documentation
✓ Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws
✓ Deliver exceptional customer service during every ride
Driver Qualifications
To provide the highest level of service and safety, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
✓ Must be 24 years of age or older
✓ Valid driver's license with required F endorsement
✓ Clean driving record
✓ Must provide a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
✓ Must pass a required criminal background check
✓ Must pass a DOT drug screening
✓ Ability to work independently and solve problems
✓ Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
✓ Reliable, professional, and dependable
✓ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✓ Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional extended hours
✓ Defensive Driving Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✓ Hands-on CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Starting Pay
$15.50/hour
No prior experience
$17.00/hour
Experienced drivers
Previous non-emergency medical transportation experience is preferred, but qualified applicants without prior NEMT experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Hours
Full-Time: 40–60 hours per week
Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
Typical Start Time: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM
Typical End Time: Around 6:00 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
